RUINER là một game bắn súng hành động tàn bạo lấy bối cảnh năm 2091 tại đô thị mạng Rengkok. Một kẻ tâm thần có dây tấn công một hệ thống tham nhũng để khám phá sự thật và lấy lại người anh trai bị bắt cóc dưới sự hướng dẫn của một người bạn hacker bí mật. Kết hợp các phản xạ phi thường, các công cụ tăng cường và kho vũ khí của kẻ thù đã ngã xuống để tiêu diệt và tiêu diệt các đại lý ảo khổng lồ của tập đoàn tại HEAVEN.
